I will tell you ladies I have been diagnosed with fibro for many years and tried many of things the only thing I have found to help me is daily celery juice which really works if you drink it daily and Organo and this is what I am taking at this time. I am so blessed that I found it because the fibro fog and the pain has helped tremendously .......everyone feel better <3

I am reading more and doing puzzles. Also writing by typing and periodically longhand. There is a website, 750 words, that is an updated way to do “morning pages” described in Julia Cameron’s book The Artist’s Way. It is designed for anyone who wants to jumpstart their mind before moving on with their day, The words need not be profound, merely a reflection of your thoughts. Even nonsense counts to clear out the cobwebs and create focus. It isn’t easy. We keep a family calendar and I showed up for my GI appointment at the time of Sue’s dentist appointment. Also, the medical building are close, with a GI practice in every building, so I went to the wrong office. Two hours early and one building over. My doctor had no idea, but I was deeply shaken by my errors. And I find that anxiety increases things. Clearing with mindfulness (short two minute observations or meditations) and other activities work for me some of the time. I also don’t multi-task. No music while I do other things, no tv while I make stuff.

Brain fog can definitely be very frustrating! I make lots of list. I keep info in my phone as well as writing notes that I take with me for Dr.appts, store , etc. For all other activities if it starts interfering I’m just honest and tell whoever it is ‘ sorry I’m having brain fog’ and move own.. It is nothing to be ashamed of ! I was a Registered Nurse and it took me awhile to come to terms with this , but it is what it is and Life moves on and we need to Live it !!Hope this helps someone !!🥰

Hi Debra, I have taken up a hobby (crafts) and try to do this if brain fog sets in, it takes my mind off worrying about not remembering and stimulates me which helps with brain fog. I really try to be active and keep my mind active although at times it can be difficult but don’t want to give in to it x
