Members rallied around someone experiencing memory problems, word-finding difficulties, and tremors after ruling out a stroke, confirming that these symptoms are common in fibromyalgia and often referred to as fibro fog. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them, including B12 supplementation (particularly sublingual or injectable forms), multivitamins, and working with a knowledgeable doctor who understands that fibromyalgia requires ruling out other conditions through multiple tests before diagnosis. A recurring theme was validation and solidarity, with members emphasizing that fibro fog, fatigue, and cognitive challenges are real and widely experienced, and that small adjustments like vitamin supplementation can sometimes bring meaningful relief.

Apparently B12 shots helps. Since I am in Europe I got that on Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/Superior-Source-Shot-Met...(Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)&s=gateway&sprefix=superi%2Caps%2C245&sr=8-2-fkmr2

I will let you know but people says it helps so why not.

Yes, I had symptoms like that a few months ago. After some changes in the vitamins I take, I feel much better.

Migraines don’t show up on x-Rays, CT Scans or MRI but doctors believe they are real. Fibromyalgia is the same so tell your doctor Fibromyalgia is real but it is difficult to diagnose. Usually the patient’s health history and various tests eliminating other diseases lead to a diagnoses of Fibromyalgia. At least that’s how it was for me. Plus I had a good doctor. Makes a big difference. Hope this helps. I was diagnosed in 1982 with ‘Fibrositis’ as they called in back then.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I was asking the OP how she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She gave a few of her symptoms and asked if it was fibromyalgia. I was letting her know several tests are usually done to rule out other possibilities.
