Members connected over the shared experience of severe leg pain that makes walking difficult, with many describing sensations ranging from deep aching to heavy, weighted limbs and unpredictable spots of pain that shift around. Several members shared relief strategies, including Epsom salt baths for temporary comfort, acupuncture as a potential option, and awareness that altered walking patterns can lead to secondary issues like plantar fasciitis and lower back arthritis. A recurring theme was the frustration and emotional toll of living with symptoms that feel relentless and unpredictable, no matter how much effort is put into self-care.
