Oh and the only reason I’m looking at this one is because it has a travel convenience to it. There’s cheaper ones than this
I came across this as a good alternative to acupuncture that is easier on the wallet. I noticed in the reviews that there were some with fibro that it helped. It has a lot of acupressure spikes on it that do hurt in the beginning moments, but it is supposed to stimulate blood flow like acupuncture. The circulation improves which then eliminates the pain. It is supposed to be more long term relief and you only have to lie on it for 30 mins a day to fully feel the benefits. I was just wondering if anyone else had tried it.
Hi, I have a second home in St George. If you have a good GP he or she can help you with Fibromyalgia. I know they have a shortage of Doctors in St George so if you already have a GP that is a good start
Does anyone know a fibro doctor in St. George, Utah
Yeah, massages hurt me too much, too! If you know you do well with acupuncture, then the mats applies the same concept. Highly recommend looking them up on Youtube for an explanation because I can’t really do it justice. :)
