I sprinkle it on eggs and veggies. Added it to my sausage and cabbage tonight. I tried the supplements but it was too much for my acid reflux. ( It is a pepper). I do think eating the right spices for inflammation help. Garlic, ginger and cilantro also help inflammation. Add them as much as I can to recipes. You also need to mic it with black pepper for best results.

Yes I’ve taken Turmeric capsules for couple years now... it helps a lot with inflammation for me. The capsules you can open if want and put it on food or in tea. You have to take consistently/daily for it to work. Just like daily supplement.

While turmeric is perfectly safe and a wonderful spice, it isn't as useful to your system as its prized extract, curcumin. Turmeric is a plant. When most people refer to turmeric, they are referring to the spice which is made by grinding up turmeric root. ... Curcumin is a compound that is found within turmeric.
