A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Ok I know this illness comes with many bizarre symptoms and I'm embarrassed to ask this but Does anyone else have such a heat intolerance that Even Breathing in hot humid air makes lungs feel strange? I'm ok once I'm in a/c. I had chest x-ray was normal. I'm not short of breath just feel Different. Am I going crazy?? Thank you Fibro Fighters! ❣L

Heat and humidity make it hard to breathe ..I also stay in air conditioning...the sun gives me migraines as well.

If you stay out of the sun take a vitamin D supplement, 10,000 to 15,000 IU or your fibro pain will increase.

I just developed heat sensitivity as I’ve had Fibro for 6 years and recently heat feels so intense to my body. I drink lots of water and put a cold towel on pulse spots to help me cool down. Hope this helps. Dee

Light globes drive me nuts they are so bright I may need to wear sunglasses inside the house.
Also I found I can’t drive at night my brain doesn’t seem to work properly people stroll across the road and my reflexes seem slower. So I have decided not to drive.
