I really want to get into yoga/stretching more. I just have no idea where to start. Do you guys have youtube recommendations or chain yoda studios i could attend?
How about Tai Chi, that was highlighted here in a resource article on this site? Sometimes lately , I find they make Yoga so competitive and also into strength exercises. I don't know, if I could do it by myself just watching it online on an App . Sometimes you may need a guide/ teacher to adjust your " gentle"- stretching movements.
I find the mindfulness and ' soul-' involvement in Tai Chi is much more healing , than doing all sort of extreme stretches..
I use this app which is free and really good . They have loads of different types of sessions for example morning stretch’s and they instruct you through each move . Give that a go and see if you enjoy it .
I dowloaded thr app thay Julie was talkinh about above, and i LOVE it so far. They are guided and aroind 10 min each. I dont over so it, but can definitly feel it. I also found out they make a workout app too that are 7 min each. Really helps with feeling encouraged without feeling pressure or judgement
