Every day at work in the mornings i am ice cold to the touch from shoulder to fingertip, while my body and face is burning, sweating and radiating heat.
Its very common for me to have ice cold limbs, hands and feet while my body is hot.

It's fibro related

Yep, I do too--but I have Rayaud's, which I guess is common with fibro as well

My little fingers go very cold, but weirdly my nose goes so cold I'm scared its going to fall off, this happenes even on hot and warm days. Its awful ive been sat in the house before now in a vest top with a snood on to keep my nose warm with a fan on. I cant find an answer for it anywhere x
