When it happens it scares the hell out of me and it leaves like a metal taste in my mouth I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem as the dr are stumped 🤔

Since the issue is in the oral cavity, have you gone to a good dentist? Not the sweet 75 year old with the slightly shakey hands, but the office that has all the modern dental equipment such as digital radiographs & pano machine. The Doc & team should stay up to date by attending seminars of important new techniques and advances in dentistry too. It's not a requirement for dentists to do that so make sure you choose one who's 1st priority is providing you with the absolute best dental care.
Take care.
Soft hugs & warm healing light to you💜
