I am on 30 mg of Cymbalta and 25 mg of Amitriptyline. Doc might bump it up to 5o.

I take 25 mg amitrptyline at night as needed. I also take CBD during the day..

Please ask your doctor about this (or the pharmacist), it doesn't take much to trigger it. It is better to know what it is since the treatment is the ER. My intention is not to cause fear. I experienced a drug interaction that resulted in 3 hospital stays.

I take a similar Rx to amitriptyline, it's nortriptyline, I take 75mg. This has helped my nerve pain in my feet and legs and also my headaches. I started with 30mg of Cymbalta, but it made me too, too hot and dripping sweat from my head and neck. Very embarrassing and annoying. Dr cut it down to 20mg which is more manageable. I sweat too much still in the summer. So I take it every other day in the summertime and back to every day in the fall, winter & spring. It is the main reason that I CAN get out of bed and live in the world.

My doctor tried. But, I couldn't do it. Left me lethargic
