Does Anyone Have Sore Chest Bones?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I find my chest ribs are so sensitive and feel bruised when touched.

Yes!! It hurts so bad even to wear a bra. I always feel like the center of my chest needs to crack and it usually won't. Center is usually the worst for me but sides too are pretty bad.

Thanks so much. The pain is mostly only felt when chest is touched and have been to see a cardiologist so I know it's not heart related.
It's just so worrisome to have soooo many odd symptoms and always wondering if it's fibro related or some other issue?

Yes, I do.. it does come and go for me.. but can be quite painful
Costochondritis is inflammation between the ribs...
However, with chest pain, I feel we need to have it checked out
if need be.
I believe that I know the pain you refer to. Hope it lessens. Nancy

Reiki is awesome. I receive it and am trained to give it. ❤️
