I am in pain from head to toes every day? Maybe my joints and neck are hurting more because it's a flare-up.

In the beginning, I used to have pain free days followed by flares. Now the pain is constant and all over every day. Praise the Lord for CBD oil or I would be on opiods.. I also have to do everything I can to avoid stress as that always makes it worse.

I think we all have pain everyday all over and like @A MyFibroTeam Member said, it just becomes our way of life! We learn to live with that day to day pain but when a flare hits, lookout!! It can last for a few days or as long as a few months. That pain we can’t hide and we can’t function like we do with our everyday pain! This illness is relentless and doesn’t care what big events we have coming up in our life! My son is getting married in June and all the stress has me in so much pain and it makes me very sad to know I won’t be able to enjoy his big day! What a life!!

Fibromyalgia Pain can be all over Pain that is constant and never goes away.

A Flare up Pain is usually much more intense Pain or excruciating Pain in areas that you may have unintentionally upset, with exercise, cleaning, lifting something the wrong way.

If you are in excruciating Pain all the time then it's time to see your Doctor to ask for better medication.

Most people including myself suffer from constant Fibromyalgia Pain all over our bodies.

Hope that you can find something that works for You.
That your Pain Eases to bearable levels.

Blessings Gentle Hugs❣️

I did that in the past. Finally had to quit my job because of the stress...I try really hard to keep my life stress free and do a pretty good job of it, as long as I stay home! My doctor will not prescribe pain killers for me BUT I found BC Arthritis Powders will keep the flu like symptoms away for about 3 hours at a time...it is better than nothing! This last flare is going on 4 weeks, weather, friends passing away, family coming to stay and wanting to be entertained have done me in.

I have been trying different brands. I think I will go back to my first need to go get some. I’m out but see if your state lets you have the one with the THC. In WI we can only have .03 I believe I need to up my strength. But expensive
