Tongue
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone get tongue pain underneath, like it feels strained and sore. It feels like my tongue is too big for my mouth, my teeth hurt as well.

If you chew gum STOP!!! That's the first thing any Orthodontist or Maxillofacial surgeon will tell you. My jaw issues are from a serious car accident when I was 20.

I get tongue pain also. I have thought the same thing like my tongue is to big for my mouth. I get sores also. It sucks! I also have major TMJ issues. My right TMJ is reconstructed. Hope you have a great day 💕

I get pain too but more like someone pulled on it and hurt it from the root. My teeth hurt also as does my jaw. I also get a jaw popping noise when I chew but all of it comes and goes. My symptoms are so weird, my drs just think Im crazy. I wish they would get on this site and see how many of us have these strange symptoms and do something to help us.

Thank you 💓 my Neuro told me I need to go to an orthodontist for my tongue and jaw pain. It comes and goes the last time I experienced this was in January. Usually it lasts for about a week. It's just a very uncomfortable pain, that progressively gets worse throughout the day.
