Members deeply empathized with someone experiencing severe, relentless muscle cramps throughout their body, sharing their own similar struggles with painful spasms, numbness, and nerve issues often tied to chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and cancer treatment side effects. Several members offered practical remedies that have worked for them, including pickle juice for immediate cramp relief, magnesium powder supplements, Hyland's Leg Cramps pills, and checking vitamin B12 levels. A recurring theme was the frustration of not being heard by doctors, the exhausting cycle of appointments and tests that don't provide answers, and the fierce solidarity of community members who understand the daily battle and encourage each other to keep advocating for themselves.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. A charlie horse is a severe cramp that usually only lasts a minute or so. Sorry i forget that we use slang words that other countries don't. Lol. Its a cramp when your toes curl up and it hurts like crap.

I had a severe Charlie horse in my left leg that lasted for 10 days. It was horrible. My doctors never heard of one lasting so long. I dont know how I survived it. I started taking hylands leg cramps pills that are all natural. They seem to stop a cramp before it becomes a full blown charlie horse. You can get them at walgreens or any drugstore for about $7. I hope you feel better. Hugs
