Are you really looking for something or just settling on this because it takes a lot of tests to maybe find the real cause of the pain and fatigue.
What I did the other night takes a lot from me mental to do. Only because I have other illnesses that I deal with that I have to think out clearly. Freeing us up to rest, exercise and follow our own body's cues on a lifestyle that is best for us.
I think it would help me. I spend most of my time away from work trying to build enough energy to go to work. It's hard to make it through most days, but I do. I'm trying to work as long as I can.
I always have to tell them to take my BP manually, if not my BP will go high wire. Any of you have the same issue?

Doctors normally say Fibro is triggered by some sort of trauma (mental, physical, emotional etc)....
If this is true, what events do you think triggered yours?
For me could have been a number of things;
-open heart surgery @ 4years old,
-separating Vertabrae in back @12
-eating disorder-anerexia/binging/purging (still on going)
-endometriosis
-tearing stomach muscle @15
-car accident last year 1 month before being diagnosed.

What does your doctor do for you when you you are in pain besides giving you meds? I've been to my doctor over and over for pain and all she says can be done is try this New med I've had side affects to so many meds that i don't want to be a guinea pig anymore. I need something that actually is going to help any suggestions? it's come to the point where I'm suffering everyday.
I also take 5 mg of ambien, it helps me relax so I can sleep. I do wake up though but fall back to sleep. 🙂

Restore Movement
If you are sick with an infection or cold/flu it is best to back off and rest. Again listen to your body it knows best. Use the daily planner to tick off each day you do your daily movement.
Journal
Try to journal one great thing you did each day and one thing you really want to achieve tomorrow. This is a great way to keep you proactive even on the bad days. Focus on what you CAN do not what you can’t do.
