Members shared a wide range of treatments for nerve twitching and muscle spasms, with the most commonly mentioned options being magnesium supplements (especially magnesium bisglycinate), muscle relaxers like tizanidine and gabapentin, CBD products in various forms, weighted blankets for better sleep, and medications such as Xanax for anxiety-related symptoms. Several members described practical strategies including adjusting medication timing for better effectiveness, using topical creams and sprays for targeted relief, exploring different types of magnesium for specific needs, and combining multiple approaches to find what works best for their individual bodies. A recurring theme was that everyone responds differently to treatments, with some finding relief through natural options like CBD oil and magnesium while others need prescription medications, and many emphasized the importance of patience in finding the right combination while managing side effects and cost considerations.

I have a drink of "Natural Calm" which helps a lot. The company also has a product called "Calmful Night" which works for me to put me into a deeper sleep. But, of course, everyone is different so what works for one might not work for another. Just google Natural Calm and you'll see all the products the company has. All are good - for me.

Yes, I'm using a weighted blanket too, I love it, definitely helps me too sleep deeper.
I know because I've began to dream again, and you need to be in, or coming out of deep sleep to dream, and/or remember dreaming.

I have started using the CBD products that have no thc and they help somewhat so far. I was told to keep taking them every day to get it into your system if you're taking it for pain reduction. So doing a trial run with that. I've heard a lot of good things about people getting off meds because it works so well. And that is awesome! :) I am hoping something this natural will help. I don't tolerate medication well, so doing what I can. Also they have an array of cbd products to try. I bought from a local dispensary and they are very helpful and even gave me free samples to try. Win win. :)
