Sleep when you can. Listen to your body. Sometimes you just gotta rest. Fibro causes decreased Rem sleep which leaves you never feeling refreshed

My doctor prescribed me 50 mg of Trazodone and it was good still had trouble I'm at a hundred and 50 mg of trazodone now. It works except when I'm worried about something which is been this whole month.

I take a nap everyday at 2pm. If i dont i end up in a flare. I just fiund what works for me. The more you stay on a schedule the better you will feel.

Thanks so much! Insomnia seems to be my friend here lately. Power naps make me worse :( so tough with three children, one with high needs and so much snow the last few weeks. Thank you for your kindness! Gentle hugs! (((Hugs)))
