I take Lyrica and Magnesium helps for spasms too. 😉

Clonazepam the only medication I find helpful for muscle tightness, shooting pain, zapping sensations and anxiety. 0.25 - 0.5 mg depending on the problem. This, relatively low dosage does not make me terribly sleepy or tired. Gabapentin makes me jittery, loss of appetite, loss of mental clarity and focus.

Finding it hard enough with the gabapentin. Worried that this on top will wipe me out!

Hi Lauren, I take Lyrica, Targin and Panadine Forte ... at night I take magnesium to relax my muscles and an antihistomine called Allersoothe 25 as I have allergies but it also helps me sleep. Hope this info helps you. Its such a battle I know. x
