Keto is great while you are on it for weight loss. But everyone I know that has been on it has gained all weight back and some more than what they originally lost! To keep weight off you have to stay strict on Keto diet from what I have seen!

I am diabetic as well as have fibro. I am taking a diabetic medication called Trulicity that has helped me loose a lot of weight. I still have those carb cravings. It has been very bad since the new year. I think it is the winter blahs or SAD. I don't have much of an appetite for my home cooked meals. I am sick of my own cooking. lol I have to force myself to eat good food. I don't eat as much as I used to; however, I didn't eat big meals before. I don't exercise either because it hurts. I have to force myself to do a little housework. I don't have a big apartment, but it is a struggle to do even the vacuuming. I think it is more mental than physical sometimes. Good luck with the weight loss.

My coworkers eat a lot of eggs and avacadoes and salads. One of them eats a lot bacon as well. They are pleased with the results. One has lost a lot of weight. One has fibro and is having good results.

wouldnt hurt as long as you are doing good fats. i tried for a while and my cholesterol was elevated but it was good cholesterol. what is good about it is you are not eating carbs which can flare fibro. i would advise you to eat more veg than meat though and drink a lot of water.
