I switched all my household and personal products back in 2005 to products without any toxins. They are delivered to my door which I love. So I am not exposed to all those unhealthy perfumes and things that cause cancer. I swear that this helps to control many of the fibro symptoms,,just can't prove it.

Yes. I can start the day with a loose braid, just to take it down an hour later because my scalp hurts. I run into walls, have foot drops, pins/needles sensations in feet, legs arms, hands. I get brain fog to the point where I can't remember things that I've known for 20years. It doesnt last forever, but long enough to be embarrasing and frustrating. Also affects communication. Lost count how many arguements my husband and I have gotten into because I couldn't think of the right wording. Fatigue is huge. I've gone from being fine one minute to not being ablee to keep my eyes open at all. I've had to pull the car over many times to take a nap so I can make it home in one piece. As far as muscle fatigue and stiffness.. a sloth is faster than me, no joke.

Muscle twitching can be due to an electrolyte imbalance which can be checked with a blood test. So glad ALS was ruled out for you! That is a God's send.

Yes, I have multiple chemical sensitivity to the point I live in isolation. Can't even walk the dog if neighbors are drying with scented dryer sheets. My chiropractor has the same issues with her FMS too. One reason these new perfumes bother all of us is because they are now made from petroleum byproducts and cancerous. Of course the brain fog accompanies our other symptoms because our nerves can only handle so much over-stimulation. Did you read the research about how our Schwann cells are inflated? And how we have three times more Substance P which relays pain messages? It's like our bodies are on overload all day. Think hyperdrive. That's us.

Oh that sounds agonizing! My heart goes out to you! How about physical therapy? Can they help strengthen your legs?
