Does anyone have sudden, brief lived stabbing inner ear pains that come and go and are sometimes accomapamied by similar head pains? I am wondering what they could be.

It is hard for me to tell over the train whistle lol.
But do get ear pain and the head pain is 24/7, just degrees and location change.
Yes, about 3times a month. It’s maddening. The pains are very sudden and sharp and lasts until I take 2 Advil when the pain gets impossible . The Advil really works for me but I don’t take it often
May come for. Your jaws, we tend to hold our jaws rigid, at least I do , especially in the ear, because I'm tense from dealing with everything hurting.
I have that a lot but never figured out what causes it.
@A MyFibroTeam Member It could be an inner ear infection or it could be something to do with your TMJ. I have TMJD and when my jaw is out of whack, I get shooting pains from my jaw to my ear and up to the side of my head. It is painful and comes and goes depending if you are chewing hard /chewy foods or if you are clenching your jaw if you are frustrated or uptight etc. IF it is your problem, there are some little exercises to help. Also, I have an appliance that I wear at night.
Good luck Kelly! I hope you can find out what is giving you grief! 👍❤🤗❤
