How are you today? Do you smoke weed. It helps me so much. I hope you have a better day xxx
@A MyFibroTeam Member Have you tried a TENS machine/unit for the pain in your leg and other places too. I have a small one that cost $40. It only has two small pads and runs on batteries. But that TENS unit is one of the best things I have in my arsenal of tricks to bring fibro under control. It doesn't hurt. It doesn't interact with any medications. One just doesn't put the pads anywhere near the heart on one's chest. The instructions say 30 minutes is good. I have it on for 60 minutes. If fibro is really nasty due to changes in barometric pressure or some task I've overdone, I use the TENS machine twice a day. Fortunately hubby is here to put the pads on my back as that is the only area on one's body that it's difficult to "set up". Many times I use a cold pack on the sore areas which chills the area but alleviates some of my pain. Good luck. Remember we're fibro warriors. We don't give up easily!
Your symptoms sound like mine. I don't get ringing in my ears very often but the rest is pretty much daily. Sorry your dealing with so much. Hugs
Hello and thank you and I couldn’t agree more this condition is definitely not for wimps 🍻
Hi Raymond...yes...not all at once but a variation from day to day...also weakness where leg muscle becomes weak...and I think I might fall.
This is not a condition for wimps...it is difficult even on fair days....The book the Medical Medium by Anthony William covers Fibromyalgia and all the symptoms and what to do....First book I ever saw on the subject...hope it helps you.
