Yes. I personally have IBS, acid reflux, hiatus hernia, history of peptic ulcers and lactose intolerance, to list a few. All of these can have some horrible symotoms including pain, cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, nausea and sickness etc. etc. I have tried several diets and medication to try and control the symptoms, however, like many others who have already replied, these things don't help all the time. Sometimes if it's a bad day, it really doesn'tmatter what I take or eat.
However, there are also foods that I know definitely trigger these symptoms such as, lactose, fatty, fried foods. I have found some medication that really does help too.
I would suggest keeping a food diary to see if there are any patterns or links between your diet and the symptoms. I would also say that if any symptoms become severe or regular, see your Dr to see if they can help in any way.

Yes I do. IBS with constipation is what I have. I also have gastritis and a hiatial hernia. The gastritis remains at bay, but the IBS affects me everyday, just not as severe since I cut back on gluten.

Oh boy- I could write a book on digestive issues and all of the experiences I’ve had because of it!!! Yes- I have IBS, as many Fibro sufferers have in common. It’s always a worry for me to the point that going out of the house causes major anxiety because I never know when or where I’ll have to use the bathroom. I’ve tried gluten free and dairy free and everything free practically— it helps but not enough to make me want to quit bread. Bread is so soothing on my upset tummy (usually). I eat what sounds good and what tastes good. Sometimes that works and sometimes I still get sick and end up in the bathroom. Yuck. It’s crazy.
