Yes i have suffered from depression for years now i have short periods of good times an long periods of bad times.. i am on sertraline 200mg a day. Citalopram didnt work for me. I still get bad days my depression never goes away completley. I see psycologist every 6 weeks and i found talking therapy really does help xxx

I am so glad you found something that works for you. I hate that you must tolerate long periods of Darkness then short periods of light..I have just joined group therapy and it seems very helpful. It is affordable. If my mood is any Indicator it will work well. Crossing my fingers.

Depression is so bad ,I gave my beloved pug away ,three months back as my partner always found fault with him and made life a living hell.although it hurt me so much I am glad I made that decision where he has no one to shout at anymore ,as I will never allow him to shout at me any longer .with depression one needs peace and quite and also positive people around .
