What Can I Do For Foot Pain?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My feet hurt from the moment I wake up in the morning, all through the day and the pain even wakes me up at night. Hot baths, ice, massages do not help. I have taken tylenol and advil but nothing seems to work. The pain can get so bad that I have issues walking and standing, is there anything that I else that I can do? Does anyone else experience this?

Hello,
Foot pain here for 2 yrs straight and little to NO relief no matter what I do!
I was treated for ?plantar fasciitis, with $1000 in foot insert etc plus both heels injected x2 with little relief which was temporary ( one month). Still can walk much. This is from someone who walked 8-10 km. 4-5 times every week! Plus weigh training in between! Today can’t do anything even close! Gained 40 lbs too uggg Lucky to get a pair, any pair, of footwear on for any length of time each day! Went from fit to shit lol. But, shit happens and I’m determined to get my life back... fingers crossed and praying to whoever will listen up younder! Amen ♥️

Try peppermint essential oil, it's magic, mix it with olive oil and rub it on your feet

Could you have planter faceitis? If so go to Walmart and step on the Dr Sholes display for some shoe insoles. You will get your foot mapped by the machine. Then it recommends what type of insole you need. They really help and you can cut them to your shoe size,.
Also a deep tissue foot massage and rolling your foot on a 🎾 tennis ball.
This is only if you have planterfacitis.
