Hello! I currently use the Cara app for symptom tracking and have for some time but was curious if anyone uses a fibro specific app for tracking symptoms? Or if you have another way you track (bullet journal, etc)?
The Cara app is great! Symptom tracker with included symptoms: meals, BM, mood, stress, pain, headache, sleep, workout, period, skin, water intake, meds. Also great because each of those symptoms you place on a scale and select tags that pertain to your rating. It logs and correlates your info however you want it to. Really great but not always specific enough. There is a general symptom input or notes section so maybe it is just me needing to be better about adding my triggers there.

I write in my journal everyday. I write how i slept, how i feel tbe weather for that day. As much as i write about the weather. It always hits me differently. Hugs and Prayers
