For some reason i put my finger between my teeth so i wouldnt bite my tongue and duh i bite down on my finger yikes it sounds like im crazy. Maybe its cause im get pain through my body when i sleep i hardly notice anymore. I hope you all can tell me im not losing it

Could be TMJ. Very common with fibro. Treated with a mouthgard from the dentist. Could also be stress related due to severe pain
