I have done that a number of times myself and come to realize that it is fibromyalgia. On one trip to the ER the did xrays to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia and I was diagnosed with arthritis of the spine 🙄 and I thought, just one more thing to add to my illness list.

I’m having that problem right now, too. Last night my right arm was having the squeezing/aching feeling worse than I’d previously experienced, and this time my palm turned red and was so hot! I’ve been suspecting lately that I may have developed rheumatoid arthritis in addition to Fibro. My hands and arms have been hurting terribly and feeling very tight and fatigued, and most of my finger joints have swollen and my fingers have been puffy. Also, I’ve been trying to work around the house but when I put forth any physical effort at all, I feel so hot and fatigued to the point of nausea, and I have to go lie down. I don’t want to be in this flare during the Christmas Season! I’ve done what I can to eliminate as much stress as possible it seems it has all been to no avail.

I hate the sensation it literally feels like my blood isn’t flowing properly to the extremities it’s happening mainly in my left arm but I’ve had that arm checked out for everything but no I have not had a vascular blood flow Doppler ultrasound I don’t even know who would give me that I guess maybe a cardiologist

I have also had this, along with the same sensation in my calves. It has been so extreme at times in my arm and chest, I feel like I'm having a heart attack.
