I do water aerobics and it helps. The water allows you to exercise your muscles freely.

I exercise maybe three times a week. Mostly walking or dancing with my children. I work a desk job, but get up every half hour and walk around a bit. I do not like staying sedentary as it makes me feel worse. I believe exercise is helpful, but sometimes it is too painful. I am still trying to find a way to continue yoga without hurting my muscles even more. Maybe I should try some strength training.

I do water aerobics 3 days a week and water yoga 1 day a week. I feel it's enough. Hugs and Prayers

Pilates and swimming are great. I try to go in the gym to. I used to be much stronger so I'm trying to do weights again. Sometimes sitting still is the worse thing I can do so have to go for a walk.
