I have used alpha stim for months. At first it was great. Helped with my anxiety so I could get some sleep. Lately , it doesn’t work as well. But still helps some. I will continue to use it.

I just learned about the Quill I think it was called - Probably similar and have been wondering the same thing - following this to see!
