Wondering how weather can effect your fibromyalgia? The temperature dropped 30 degrees today and I have a migraine and feel like I have the flu. Is this normal

I live in Alaska and yes the changes in weather totally affect me. I also can be sweating and then freezing in a manner of minutes I hate it

Winter brings on major Fatigue for me and also pain is off the chart..

Yes even when it rains. I get the aching from head to toe.

Blame it on the barometric pressure: Any change in pressure, or the weight of the air pressing against the surface of the earth, can trigger joint pain or headaches in some people..

Yes, it affects fibro. 😥😥😥
