Mayo Clinic
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Just watched a great Documentary by Ken Burns on the Mayo Clinic.
It peaked my curiosity.
Has anyone from this site looked into going there to be treated?
I am just doing my research now.

@A MyFibroTeam Member...
Hello there....:how much info was given to diet? Did they suggest what diet to follow?
I was referred to Catalyst Clinic in Fargo ND. I saw a practitioner, she took my history, ordered labs. She ordered labs that I had had done previously over the yrs and they all returned within normal.....again. The one test, that only that clinic could run, was/has been the only test to come back elevated. Treatment =DIET. After 3 full weeks on diet the symptoms were ALL GONE...after 25+yrs.
The need is to find that root cause and not just treat the symptoms.
I can give more info if you would like. Just ask and I will try to answer.....
Take care....

Yes. I saw 2 rheumatologists. Best workup I ever had. My primary had to try twice to get me a referral to go there. I have so many symptoms. I needed a correct understanding of everything. They told me my adrenal glands shut down. I went to an endocrinologist here in Vegas after that who was great.

They have a hotel called The Tiverton House near UCLA with transportation back and forth for people from out of town that's less expensive for hospital patients.

It pays to look into it.

God bless

I have prayed to go to the Mayo Clinic. I just see they're in Florida and Minnesota as the closest to me. I wish we had one in Texas or one like it.

Well @A MyFibroTeam Member I wish I could say one would be healed. Healed as long as you follow the protocol/treatment. It will not go away.....it will improve to point of no pain as long as you follow the protocol. 😏
