I've got all different sensations. I get pins and needles AND burning, AND cramping, AND just plain aching. I can just be sitting and I will scream from a sudden sharp stab to my foot or back or wherever. It's really embarrassing while I'm in public. People think I have Tourette's syndrome. :(
@A MyFibroTeam Member, fibro pain for me is undescribable, I feel like I need to rock back and forth. That kind of helps me to feel soothed!
I did the same a couple years ago. Was Hopping around for 3 weeks before dr decided to send me for xray as i didnt even know how i did it...was walking around at work and boom sudden pain. Dr initially thought it was tendinitis from rushing around so much. That particular pain felt like i had glass stuck in my foot and on cold days still get the feeling.my Fibro pain is a mixed bag of burning, pins and needles, stabbing pains and general aching and swelling. Not to mention muscle spasms.. hope you rest up and give the foot time to heel

My pain feels like I rubbed my entire body against a concrete wall. There is a constant throbbing and I cannot be touched. I also cannot tolerate clothes touching me when the pain is severe.
