i am having pain between my shoulder blades. it shoots pain right under my shoulder blades, arouund my mid back/lower part of my rib cage....this is new....does this happen to anyone else?
Ive been having this for years now. I have recently bought a Backbuddy so i can attempt to reduce some of the muscle pain there. I have a massage roller, foam roller, acupressure mat, heating pad, acupressure ball and tens machine all for this specific issue.
24/7 I suffer with excruciating pain in my shoulders mid back. My neck grinds when I turn it. Anyone else experience this this?
Oh my gosh yes! Do you have a foam roller? If its bad I ill roll around on that or sometimes take a tennis ball and lay on it to break up the knots! Anytime, I have a new symptom, I try and get to my doctor just to be sure its a fibromyalgia thing. I hope you feel better!
