If I eat too much processed foods I seem to flare up more.

I was thinking maybe a day or two later after the food goes through your system it would cause pain. I have not had any foods cause a flare or pain immediately after eating.

When I wat something that causes a flare, it's sometimes afther 5 minutes but mostly the next day. I think It depends from person to person. But the flare will come LOL.😘
