I love my friends dearly but I feel sometimes they are annoyed or frustrated by how little I've gone out with them lately. How do you navigate or avoid these situations?

I've found that if you just sit them down and explain everything to them, maybe come up with a code word or phrase to tell them you cant go out because of your fibro. That has helped me a ton!

Friends who are truly friends will understand the struggles you deal with. You may have to explain it to them and help them understand it's a real thing.

The friends that get you and your physical and emotional/mental being will understand. Those that don't, well I'd say they are not being good friends. When you can, get out and visit with your good friends and family. Have a laugh, chat and you might find your spirits will pick up. I wish you well. Cheers xx

@A MyFibroTeam Member: I also have joined a group that is pushing all natural essential oils. It is Young Living Essential Oils. They put a class on once a month. They teach you wich oils to use for what. It is all natural, all organic. No chemicals. My niece has turned her whole family and life around. She has a 2 yr old and 1 on the way. Her son has never had any chemicals around the house, or medicine from anywhere. She has been able to keep the holistic approach for everything in her house.
I have just started to be able to go out at night or weekends to do anything. For years I sat at home. No energy, deppressed, or whatever. Finally, I am able to start living again. I wish you luck. Soft, gentle hugs and prayers.
