Despite tests being clear, i suffer a lot of mucus/post nasal drip in the throat, i do find that maybe stress brings it on more, but do people with fibromyalgia tend to get more mucus? Thanks

Members connected over the frustrating experience of chronic mucus and post-nasal drip despite clear allergy and sinus tests, with many sharing that their symptoms appear seemingly without cause and sometimes worsen with stress or certain foods like dairy. Several members offered practical strategies that have helped them, including nasal sprays like Beconase or Nasonex paired with daily antihistamines, over-the-counter Mucinex for congestion, herbal supplements like echinacea or ClearLung, probiotics to protect gut health when antibiotics are necessary, and in more severe cases, steroid injections or prednisone for relief. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of dealing with persistent symptoms that medical tests cannot explain, the concern about overusing antibiotics, and the importance of experimenting with different remedies while supporting one another through the trial-and-error process.

Good luck. I hope something helps. Mucinex is over the counter and might help too. My mom uses it when shes.congested and it helps.

My chiropractor had me get clearlung supplement. I ordered it from puritans pride but I'm sure you can find it online there. I've been on it about 2 weeks and it has almost stopped the mucus. I hope you are doing better.
