@A MyFibroTeam Member...hi, what is earthing.? Never heard of it before. I'm always looking for alternative ways to cope with fibromyalgia. Would you be willing to explain earthing to me. I'm very interested.

I used it for several years by crushing pill and putting it in distilled water and taking a small amount. Don’t really remember but u can find it on the internet. Helped but eventually didn’t. Hemp oil was the same story. Have some success with earthing.
