I've take Topiramate for Fibro for 10 years. Currently I take 50 mg in the morning and 100 mg at bedtime. It has been very helpful. I have tried to go without it a time or two and can tell the difference. Cymbalta ER and Topiramate are the 2 most helpful treatments I have found.

I am an amputee and have been taking that for years for my phantom spasms and it's never helped my fibro that I've noticed anyway.

Yes, I believe it does. I also suffer from migraines and it really helps prevent them and when I do get one they aren't as intense and don't last as long. I've gone off it for a few months in the past and I noticed a difference within a couple weeks. Up until about 6 months ago I was taking 50mg in the morning and 50mg at bedtime. I'm now taking 100mg in the morning and 100mg at bedtime.
