A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do you have a distinct period of recovery after a flare up? How would you describe it? How long it is?

My flare ups always start with exhaustion. Then, low mood, sweating, agitated and increasing pain. The pain reaches a peak and I start to feel I can't anymore and then, the pain subsides and slowly, my muscles start relax.
