Yep. I get this as well. I am at a point now in which I have no desire to be intimate with my partner because I physically 'pay for it' for days afterwards. It's pretty frustrating on top of everything else I deal with with Fibro. Hugs to all!

If you have a symptom I'm sure I speak for most of us on here we would like to hear the experiences so much like others some do some don't I don't but I'm sorry that you do

Absolutely!! my doctor told me that sex would help the pain, but instead it causes a massive flare up. I don’t think eliminating this from your life is the answer, but finding a delicate balance. I read that taking a warm bath or shower before and right after helps. Figuiring out which positions are more comfortable that will not cause pain can help. I recalled that taking a pain pill before has helped me in the past.

Yes I do too. My back muscles hurt even more but I also think intimacy helps relieve some stress🙏
