Members shared creative solutions for managing breast pain and discomfort from bras while still needing coverage and support, with many finding relief by switching to wire-free options like soft sports bras, camisoles with built-in shelf bras, or going up a band size for less pressure on sensitive chest walls. Several members recommended specific products including Lane Bryant's Cacique wire-free balconette bra, Genie and Ahh bras, organic bamboo bra liners that absorb sweat and prevent rashes, and affordable camisoles from Walmart and QVC. A recurring theme was the importance of prioritizing comfort over appearance, with many members choosing to wear bras only when going out and opting for layered tank tops or larger shirts at home, while supporting each other in letting go of feeling embarrassed about going braless despite being large-chested.

I do the same as you just layer but now with nice weather coming it's a lot harder

A camisole that have a bra shelf in it. That’s what I wear now. I gave up on pretty bras 😞

Look for organic cotton or bamboo sports bars as the are soft against the skin but the also pull the sweat away from your skin!

I found that Walmart has camisoles for about $3 or less that I wear under other tank tops or t-shirts that will work something like a bra if you buy them in a tighter size. You can even find some that have a second layer that's a bra like feature.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I too like that style. I definitely don't do underwires and in the past when I couldn't find a bra without underwires, I cut them out because they never fit right and just dug into me. It definitely helps not to have them and lane Bryant does have some good fitting ones.
