Yes. I thought I pulled muscles. After an x-ray I was told my degenerative disk disease has spread from my lower back to the middle

I suffer with chronic back pain every day from fibro. One day it's my left side, another day the right side, and yet another day smack in the middle. In those days I'm totally down for the count...ouch!

I have a similar pain during flares and it can sometimes be very uncomfortable. It is probably related to fibromyalgia. Because I have so much pain in my ribs, I have thought I might have chostochrondritis, but I have never been tested for it. @A MyFibroTeam Member, I tried to read your story, but you haven't written it yet. No one is able to see your telephone number on this page. I look forward to when you do write your story. Good luck to all of you.
