An electric fan, a large one that oscilates which cools the room but not too much, also i have blinds in the house which i tilt to stop direct sunlight getting in the room keeping it cool.

My fibro only used to bother me in the winter and I loved the summers! I am an, or was, an outdoor person and love the sun The last couple of years, yes the hot summer and the humidity got to me and my fibro goes all year long now. It is a no win situation because it hurts outside but then you come in and of course you have the air conditioning on then the cold feels so good but you get achy from that! Ugh, the life of fibro!!

Heat and humidity cause itching and an increase in pain level. I do great in the winter, but I always dread when summer rolls around, and I have to hibernate. Stay cool.. ♥️

Migraines are so horrible, but somehow when you get older they stop and I don’t know Why? It didn’t have anything to do with the weather for me.. butt m different fir you..I think after your child bearing days are over you will probably stop having them, I hope so ! I have a friend that suffers from them constantly and she’s in her 70 ..I have no answer to this question but only that you have to lie diwn and take it easy until it’s over...It’s not always possible if you have children but you have to try as much as you can ...I hope you’ll get over them one day , sending hugs and love 🤗❤️🤗
