I wasn't showing dizziness until I started cymbalta for the pain (I guess- although my complaint was the fatigue when the Dr prescribed it- oh brother) If your on a med- this could be the culprit. But don't ignore dizziness. My sister saw MD for dizziness and 2 months latet, she needed a valve for her heart. Don't panic. Every one bus different...but talk to your Dr. (So long as you have confidence in him or her).

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Maybe you should get checked out. Might be your blood pressure that drops too low or your blood sugar. It's not always Fibromyalgia. I think it's always better to ere on the side of caution. Better to know for sure what your body is trying to tell you that way you won't panic when it happens. Hope this helps. Gentle hugs your way and God bless. 💜

Your symptoms include some symptoms that are common in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Go to https://solvecfs.org/about-the-disease/ to read about CFS.
There is a lot of overlap between fibromyalgia symptoms and CFS, and some doctors think it is the same disease, but there are enough diferences that I don't think it is the same disease. Best thing to do is to see your doctor, in case it is something else.
Good luck!

I'm not too familiar with the dizziness, nausea or swollen lymph nodes for fibro, but some meds have some of that as side effects. The swollen nodes should be checked out if it doesn't go away- don't you think? The rest of the listed symptoms go with fibro. Ouch. Hope you feel better

It sounds like fibro to me. 30 years of pain and other weird symptoms. Definitely see a rheumatologist for a diagnosis. Good luck. Hugs
