Members connected over the debilitating experience of severe foot pain described as walking on glass, rocks, or fire, with many identifying it as fibromyalgia-related neuropathy that can come and go or persist throughout the day and night. Several members shared practical strategies that have brought relief, including soaking feet in Epsom salts, using lidocaine or diabetic neuropathy cream, massaging with a golf ball, wearing supportive shoes like Dawgs, applying ice, elevating feet, and trying CBD oil or prescription Lyrica. A recurring theme was the importance of patience with morning stiffness, moving carefully until pain subsides, and experimenting with different remedies since what works varies from person to person.

I have awful burning pain in the Bottom of my feet plus I feel like I'm walking on rocks. While at night my feet will burn and sweat causing restless legs.

I suffer with pain in both feet. Use massage or roll a golf ball under my feet.

Yes!! Was one of my first overwhelming and worse symptoms. As much as I don’t like Lyrica, it does help with the burning. But I’m def going to try oil suggestions above. Also CBD oil has help me with burning pains. The foot pain is horrible!

I use a diebetic neuropathy cream and had to massage little nodules from the soles of my feet. It made a huge improvement in my pain after the intial hurt from massaging.

My feet are ok after I walk a few minutes. When I get up in the morning I have to be real careful. My feet hurt when I put weight on them. I feel like they might not allow me to walk on them. After I step carefully for a few minutes I get to feel better. Definitely not normal.
