After having this for over twenty years, being angry about it, and worried about how others think, I finally decided to stop beating myself up. It took some time, though. God loves me and He loves all of you wonderful women. You didn't ask to be sick, so you have nothing to be guilty about. If other people call you lazy, it's really their problem. Don't own it. Don't feed it, and eventually those voices will stop.

Yes, I didn't want to get out of bed this morning but I was afraid of what my fiancee would think

I know excataly how you feel but sometimes we have to give in to our bodies, and if he loves you he will understand and don't feel guilty as I know what that feels like and we should't xx💚xx

Everyday... llike yesterday when I came back from my very long walk and visit with my sister I found the kitchen was still a write off...my son and roomate didn't get it picked up or load the dishwasher as I had asked....I went ballistic on all their heads and felt guilty as heck because I was yelling at them but it was my guilt in my mind for not getting it done myself. As SineadLyttle said do what your body tells you to because when you ignore it... feeling guilty or lazy won't make the pain go away it only adds to it. Better to take a bit slower approach than to get worn out and have a flare up.
