My tummy was giving me such problems I could not eat onions, garlic or apples without getting a tummy ache. I thought I was having problems with FODMAP. I told myself after going gluten free and eating a bunch of the lousy FODMAP food that I would try Activia yogurt. I swear that it fixed everything wrong with my tummy but an anti inflamitory diet is a bit different.

Yes. I've started by cutting out dairy and wheat. It makes a difference!! Lots of fruits and veggies, brown rice, salmon, salads with lean meat
