I fell and tore my glutious maximus and every since then my worst flare ups are in that area and it usually wraps around to my hips and down my right leg I have to have a deep tissue massage and see my chiropractor sometimes it works and other times it gets worse I have gotten so bad that I could hardly walk and had to go to my Dr for an injection with no relief I also have pain in my neck and shoulders and lower back but I also have herniated disc disease and osteoporosis so yes I know how you feel and it’s not fun. Hope you find relief soon.

I'm finding if I use coconut oil and CBD oil and rub on my joints it seems to numb the pain.
