I had one of the worst migraines for 3 days this week. It all snowballs from there.

Yes I am having one of those days right now and it totally sucks!! From headache and neck and shoulder pain down to tips of fingers and down legs to feet! It is going to be a rough day! I feel like just going back to bed but I feel so guilty I can’t! Am I ever gonna get over this guilt and just take care of myself? Here’s to a better day for all of us and hopefully a great weekend! (Ya right). Trying to be positive, even in this horrible pain!

During a flare i get this but its accompanied with a migraine and escalating body pain and temperature. I also experience sporadic spasms at times. My pain during the throbbing comes in waves and escalates in severity. I hope this helps.

I also have the whole body throbbing. It's like having a bad case of the flu but without the other flu symptoms. It makes me very whiny.

This happens to me too. I hate it.
